On tap Aug. 15 2008 @ Hop Cat BA / Brewery Grand Opening event - Pretty sure this was brewed @ the hop cat on their equipment for this event.
Reddish deep brown shade, pretty much opaque
smells of wheaty, sweet, strange fruit flavors, almost smells like vomit/stomach acid.. ehh
taste is of cherries?! some berry presence, dry, crisp, wheat creaminess, sweet, lots of flavors but still maintaining a balance of sorts, heavy, roasty malt, slight alcohol - seems like quite an experimental take, not bad
mouthfeel is light bodied despite all the flavor, hidden abv, sweet, dry and complex
