Poured a medium amber hue with a two finger frothy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The elk featured a neutral malt and hop.
The taste was well balanced with no hontnof the relatively robust ABV.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty and easily quaffable brew.
