Foggy pale yellow with a thick, bubbly white blanket dying to a film and bubbly collar.
Very unique, refreshing and herbal, it's quite complex for a natural, unflavored Gose. A white grape sort of lemon sorbet starts us off before a touch of British biscuit comes out in the exhale. The tartness is hard to explain, but keeps developing after each sip. It's not quite strawberry, but like that from a fresh fruit, while also containing notes of salty sour cream. It then transitions to honeydew melon and peach, while a unique straw funk emerges as it warms.
The medium-light body has a fluffy carbonation but finishes cleanly dry.
