Had the opportunity to try this at the brewery on St. Patrick's Day 2010. Poured into a snifter.
A - Pours dark brown with a few rays of light. Had a finger of frothy light brown head.
S - A real bright acidic sweetness similar to bubble gum at first, then the cinnamon and sticky bun flavor comes through.
T - Wow does this pack a punch, HUGE alcohol punches me in the mouth, I dunno what the ABV is (the bartender didn't know) but it had to at least be 13%. After that you can taste cinnamon, raisins, and syrup. Has a ton of flavor.
M - Medium bodied, coats the tongue with sticky syrupy goodness.
D - This is really strong, I wish the alcohol but hidden a lot more, once you get past that it is a good representation of a sticky bun. The cinnamon is controlled where I can enjoy it because obviously it can overpower foods it is in. I don't think I could drink more than the 6 ounces I was served.
