A decadent barley wine with the irresistible flavor of fresh-baked cinnamon buns. Rich, with hints of bourbon, warming, and full-bodied.

Dark brown, almost black, completely headless even with a hard pour. Sweet aroma: cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon, caramel. Moderately sweet taste with cinnamon, vanilla, prune, dates, brown sugar, malt & more cinnamon. Feel: flat but thick, no alcohol interacts with the tongue. Hard to believe it’s 12%. Overall: flat but delicious

This one is a bit confusing to me as I don't get any cinnamon but I'm getting a ton of cardamom, which I understand is often used at making cinnamon buns in certain part of the world. A slow supper for sure.

Very dark opaque brown body, tan head. Smells of cinnamon, toffee, malts, vanilla and a touch of earth. Taste is big cinnamon and lesser so vanilla in a malt forward barleywine that does have a moderate barley snarl on the finish, very sweet. Mouthfeel is marked by the malt though again the barley does appear on the finish, but the sugar add up over time revealing some booze leakage. Good for a few ounces, a taproom delight where a full bottle starts to become a bit of a chore

Pours deep black. Aroma is subtle. Mostly cinnamon with hints of maltiness and toffee. Taste is more complex and stronger than the aroma. There's the cinnamon, dark fruit, toffee, roasty malts and hints of the booziness. Traditional barleywine medium mouthfeel. Very enjoyable barleywine.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours black with zero head. The nose is cinnamon, toffee, malts, and a bit of maple.
The taste is interesting. Can't say I love it. A bit of solvent, mint, cinnamon, cherries, toffee, booze, and a touch of coffee. Some burnt wood. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit a boozy on the aftertaste.
