This is our Classic American Pilsner that has been left uncut. It is a true American Pilsner with a little extra kick.

On-tap at Kuhnhenn. Served in a 5oz taster glass.
A - Persistent white foam that settles to a thin cap and thicker collar, leaving minimal lace behind. Transparent golden body. Pretty attractive for the style.
S - Smells like an adjunct lager, with sugar, corn, and a hint of grassy hops.
T - Cereal grains, creamed corn, and some very faint herbaceous hop and bitterness. Gets a little cloying as it warms up as most adjunct lagers tend to do.
M - Medium body, moderate carbonation, smooth texture, and no obvious alcohol. A clean, crisp, and enjoyable lager when it comes to feel.
D - For a 6.5% adjunct lager I suppose this is pretty good, but it's not something I'd care to revisit in the future. You can perceive that they used at least one more hop than Miller as there actually is some hop character present. If you have a BMC buddy he or she might find this to be an enjoyable substitute.

Throw away your Buds, this draft at the brewpub on the Solstice 2nd evening was a little hoppy, a little creamy and had very good drinkability. A tad above average mouthfeel. Cloudy yellow body with no aroma. Lacey, and the carbonation was right there. A tad sour in the finish.
