This Bohemian Pilsner is golden in color, and was made with Michigan malted Pilsner malt from Wendell Banks. It was hopped with Sterling hops, an American equivalent of the German Hallertau hop. This is an unfiltered “Keller” style beer meaning, it is cellared for a long time and settles without the need of filtration. It is medium-bodied with refreshing carbonation. Its hop and malt characters are
well balanced.
