Back of the 750 ml bottle reads EBC:4; IBU: 32; degrees Plato: 12; 4,8% vol.

Every so slightly cloudy yellow(it is unfiltered.) Fluffy white head as expected from a pils.
Spiciness in the nose, with some bready malts and a bit of lemon peel. I like a bit more of an herbal or grassy hop character, but I can't complain 'cause this is pretty good. After a swirl or two I can pick up on a touch of sulfur.
Tasty. The lemon flavor comes through a bit stronger here and sits on top of the soft bready sweet pils maltiness. Could be a little fuller, though.
Nice strong bitterness that builds up as you work your way through the bottle. It starts to leave a resinous coating on your tongue after a few sips or gulps. The finish is unexpectedly good.
Went down real nice. Very refreshing, and the fact that it's unfiltered, yet isn't super hazy and full of yeast like some unfiltered pilsners, gives it a nice extra layer of flavor and fullness that's missing from filtered ones.

Good and fresh it's really very good.

My only complaint is the price. When they opened a few years back I remember getting this beer for euro 4.50 per 750 ml bottle. Now the price has jumped to 6 euros per 750, and I buy it directly from the brewery. Very good beer, but tough to justify at that price point when I can get Rothaus Pils at less than 2 euros for a 330 after being shipped down from the black forest.

Golden blonde color, very clean, without bubbles. Solid foam, four fingers, beautiful.
Grassy hop in the smell, and bread crust.
Quite malty taste, with a good amount of grassy hop. Not too bitter, and not too dry, butdefinitely pleasant, fresh, drinkable.
Average body, for a pils.
Grassy aftertaste, bitterness, not too long.
Pleasant and drinkable.
