Maybe you’re river rafting, maybe you’re playing frisbee, or maybe you just finished a 10 hours of hard work. Whatever the case, at a light and highly drinkable 4.5% abv, Pilsner is probably the ideal beer for it.
Pilsner is brewed with Czech hops and giving it a bright and crisp flavor. It has a subtle backbone of a body balanced with a slight bitterness throughout. 35 IBUs

Good light easy drinking Pilsner. Just a good solid beer as most of Terminal Gravity beer is.

12oz can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA, for $1.89. Can label art has been subtly changed from the picture posted here. "Born on" June 1st, 2023, per the stamp near the bottom of the can.
Poured into a can glass, this was a clear straw color, with a big, sudsy, off-white head. Beer neglige style lace.
Light, herbal and lemony hop aroma.
Dry, grassy and lemony drinker here. Definitely a German style pils (I'm not getting into the whole Italian Pilsner thing) except for the very end, where it's a little softer than I expected, a bit more like a Czech Pils than a German one
Light bodied and clean finishing.
Pretty nice pils. If fresh sixers of this were found on my grocery store shelves, I might hit this instead of pFriem pils once in awhile to change things up.

Clear pale gold with three fingers of white head. Rings and splotches of lace appear as the levels drop.
Smell is herbal noble hops with cracker malts.
Taste is traditional german Pilsner with noble hops and cracker malts.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. The finish is light dry and balanced.
Overall a decent American German Pilsner clone. Born on 02/16/22. Rather old.
\#1876.

a solid basic pils here, german in identity on the grain and yeast side, quite subtle overall, real drinkable and crisp, a little estery for some reason as it warms, but i hardly let it, as this is bubbly and dry and crisp when its cold, and i found it to be a nice refreshing drinker when i needed one. i like the fresh crackery european pils malt this is based around, its simple and familiar, but its right for the style and all the intangibles around it seem to be right, an appropriate mash temperature, the right water chemistry, that sort of thing, the attention to detail here is good. the yeast is just a little more expressive than i am used to in a pils like this, perhaps done slightly warmer, or maybe not as long to condition, im not sure, but i taste some fruitiness there that i dont usually expect in the style, that said though, it still has the german earthy and bready characteristics, and fits the beer fine. the hops are subtle here, lightly leafy and green, minimally bitter, not a whole lot going on there. it comes together well though, and has more flavor than a lot of these. the mouthfeel is lively and bright, and if its cold, its very good. still getting a feel for these guys, but i liked this one.
edit: i liked this before, but revisiting it more than six years after the above review, i like it even better now, seems far more crisp and refined, dry, less of that yeast character, almost cleaner now, more well integrated, being frosty cold helps. it seems slightly more hoppy, a nice snap to the back end from the hops now, right on for maximum refreshment, and this is light but still crafty and european leaning, which i dig. improving the mouthfeel score anyway, but this seems overall a bit more polished now, good to see this brewery doing well, had two from them recently and both were excellent. this is proper local craft pils in these parts...

12 oz can , part of a six from Safeway in McMinnville Oregon.
$8.99
Smart looking art work.
Pours the typical pilsner corn oil yellow with a billowy white head.
Nice spicy saaz aromas with lighter bicuit malts..pleasing.
Taste the same..highlighting the hop..with an extra spicy kick in the end.
Nice mellow easy mouth feel..carbonation fine.
Nice little pilsner..weird time of year.

From a can at Bier Stein Eugene,
A: Average head, cloudy for a Pilsner but not crazy hazy for a lager/pils.
S: it hits the nose like a cream ale, you’d more than excused for assuming this to be another half-assed attempt at a bottom fermentation by an Ale first operation. But it’s not quite a cream ale, something is sneaking in...
T: Boom, this has a nice bread crumb up front, sneaking in fresh cut grass (much subtler than pfriems pils) and a nice pepper hint. Nicely executed, might be my previous history but I get a bit of the yeast characteristics off of other TG beers (Looking at you Strong Blonde)
F: Pretty Light for the “new world”, not Bavarian Autobahn or Czech light but a solid C5 Corvette ZR1 light.
Conclusion (forget standard beer judge note convention): This is pretty good, I’d take it to my “unwashed” Silver Bullet friends and my Pendleton Portland Collection Homies. I don’t know if it hits the target perfectly for both Garbage/Highspeed/BlueCollarSwill and Boutique/CzechCaves/BoHoSasquatch but f*ck them, I think Wallowa County is not only home to the Oregon Alps (those fuckers are lung busters) but that is some of the best water in the state, and those righteous bastards at TG have a monopoly on it.

The straw colored body has a touch of cloudiness to it, but clean and refreshing enough looking for me to not be too judgemental. It's capped by a thin, slightly unimpressive bone white foam, but does leave a soft blanket over the surface and little streaks of lacing.
Simple enough, this Pilsner mists suggestions of honey drizzled bread crusts, freshly cut grass, and white pepper spice. I can't help but notice a classic Cascade presence in the background as a faint resemblance of grapefruit and pine lie deep beneath the focus.
A touch of butter distracts from this being that much better, but ultimately this is a pretty solid tasting Pilsner. Again with the bread, and grass, and pepper, but there is indeed that hint of grapefruit, and definitely lemon underneath. Maybe I'm crazy. Scratch that... I am crazy.
Despite it's appropriate medium high carbonation, the beauty of the crisp Pilsner signature is lost due to a slightly fuller, even a thin and oily body. It doesn't quite pop with effervescence. And though it is well balanced, there isn't enough of that clean bitter bite at the end that I so deeply love.
There is no canning date on this, but as I had to enter it into the BA database, I'd imagine it's pretty fresh. However, it tastes like a dated Pilsner. It's good overall, and hope to give it another go with a more guaranteed freshness. Cheers.
