On tap at Saraveza. Poured into a pint glass nonetheless.
appearance - big cloudy amber body, dark, low foamy head, plenty of lacing
smell - earthiness, big malt aroma, mild hop aroma
taste - while the hops are present, the malts absolutely overpower the hops, very mild floral hop qualities
mouthfeel - big body, carbonated, slight dryness to the finish
drinkability - for a west coast IPA I ask myself where the hops are...and the conversation ends for me with this beer
