Taste the spirit of the west and the charm of summer in Wallowa County. Perfect for hot days at the lake. Our new seasonal is a bright, easy-drinking summer IPA with a lighter, pale malt bill and ABV and bold hop aromas. Notice floral, grapefruit, and cantaloupe flavors, and a slight bitterness.

Pours a good golden color with a minimal head and citrus & floral aromas. Taste is light citrus and floral. Easy Drinking IPA, that is about average, good but not great.

Look: Medium orange with small flecks of suspended sediment and my pour generates a nice head that settles to a lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon-lime, tangerine, floral hop notes, some kiwi, freshly baked bread, and wafts of berries
Taste: Lemon-lime and kiwi come out swinging up front and hit hard as some nice citrus notes follow closely behind. Jasmine, daylily, and berries hold down the middle before lime and kiwi return to close it out
Mouthfeel: Full but light, medium-high carbonation, fairly clean, and no noticeable dryness on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty and well-made IPA that leans light on the malt bill, hence the ‘Summer IPA’ moniker. A unique lemon-lime, floral, kiwi, and berry taste profile that sets it apart from many, plus drinks light, has minimal bite, and no dryness, further helping its overall drinkability for many. Solid

12oz can from HomeBrewStuff. Hazy golden pour; thin, fine white head. Aroma is a blend of malts and hops with some light citrus. Taste is caramel, citrus. Mild sweetness, some latent dryness. Easy drinker

12 oz. can from a six pack purchased from Roths West Salem Market
$10,99
Pours a pretty traditional burnt orange coloured body with a lovely thick and frothy eggshell white head.
Weird aroma. Peach stone, pine(a little) and strawberry. Its fine, but not expected
Flavour is subdued..sweet..pears? . Mandarins and pears? Lychee? Creamy? It is all a bit of a mess.
Mouth feel is fine.. smooth creamy low carb.
This is one of the strangest beers I have ever had.
