On tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a slightly chilled hazed ruby/red. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace.
S: Fruity hops. Apple, even pears are apparent in the nose. Some sweetness and caramel malts. Well balanced and enjoyable.
T: Like the nose, well balanced and enjoyable. If not their best offering, though that is a high standard. Fruity hops with a light sweetness. Fairly nondescript, but at the same time, enjoyable.
M/O: A medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp and smooth at the same time. Really enjoyable to drink. Something I would not have a problem coming back to again.
Fairly simple and not surprisingly really enjoyable. Not one of the breweries world class examples, but very much worth drinking.
