A: Pours a copper/orange color. A beige head rises to a little over a finger. Light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus and grapefruit up front. Some brewers yeast. Floral and piny hops. A really nice sweet malty balance.
T: Follows the nose. A nice floral and piny hop flavor. Some citrus and grapefruit. A light bitterness. Plenty of sweet caramel malt for balance.
M/D: A medium body with crisp carbonation, but smooth. Very dry as well. Really easy to drink. The ABV borders on a Double IPA, but it is really easy to drink.

This is a really good IPA. It straddles several styles: an Amercian IPA, an English IPA, and a DIPA. What ever you call it, this is a really good beer. Highly recommended if you visit the brewpub.
