A: Pours a dark and cloudy reddish/brown color. A one finger beige head forms, and leaves little lace.
S: Some brewers yeast, sweet malt, and bread.
T: Sweet malt up front with some funky yeast. Caramel and bread. Light dark fruity flavor as well.
M/D: A medium body and carbonation. Smooth and creamy. Easy to drink. Very quafable.
This reminds me a bit of Chimay without the alcohol punch. A very nice Belgian ale interpretation. Try some if ever at the brewpub.
