A: Pours a cloudy straw yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention. Some light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus and banana aromas up front. Hay, grass, and some yeast. Spicy aromas as well. Some soapy and oily hops.
T: Lots of crisp citrus and banana fruity flavors. Sweet malt. An interesting peppermint and spicy flavor. Grassy and some yeast as well.
M/D: A little on the watery side. Though crisp and refreshing. Really easy to drink. I can quaff several with ease.
A very good Witbier and summer seasonal. I really enjoy this, and something to look for if at the brewpub.
