A: Pours a clear reddish/brown color. A two finger white head forms with good retention. Plenty of lace is left in rings.
S: Some hops up front that are very nice. Citrus, floral, lemon, and grassy aromas. Some other fruity aromas that are great. Apples, and pears even. A big bread/biscuit aroma as well. Really well done.
T: A ton of flavor. Citrus, grassy, and lemony hops. Maybe a little to much bitterness up front, but that fades quickly to more of a toasted malt flavor. Bread and biscuit round everything else out nicely.
M/D: Great body. Not very heavy, but not watery at all. Moderate carbonation that is very crisp, clean, and dry. So easy to drink. Another one that I can just drink all day.
Well done with this lager. A huge nose and a ton of flavor. Very nuanced and all around enjoyable. One of the best US made lagers I have had in a while. Highly recommended.
