The beer pours a wimpy tan with almost no head. The nose is a slightly roasty caramel with no bitterness. The taste is also very malt forward with a more pronounced, building bitterness on the back end. It's quite drinkable, but the dry/bitter aftertaste needs much more carbonation and sweetness for balance. I found myself swishing every sip I took.
Overall it's nothing special and could probably use the most work out of any beers they make/serve.
