The beer pours a clear straw yellow with a very thin white head that fades quickly. The nose is a slightly tart grain with a touch of bitterness. The taste is also slightly tart with a little bitterness on the back end. It's very well balanced and an excellent, drinkable alternative to a summer shandy. Overall this beer is tasty, but nothing special.
