Presentation: It was poured from tap into a tasting glass at the Becker Brewing Co. tasting room.
Appearance: The body has a deep golden amber color with good clarity and some visible carbonation. Its head is thick, bright white in color and leaves some spotty lace on the glass.
Smell: The aroma mild toasted/bready malt notes with mild spicy/leafy hops.
Taste/Mouth: Like the aroma its flavor has the same mild toasted malts with modest sweetness and light spicy/leafy hops to balance. It finishes light and crisp. The palate is medium bodied with nice active carbonation.
Notes: Overall it's a nice average tasting, very drinkable Octoberfest.
