Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
This bitter poured a very slightly hazy, light coppery color with thin white foam that left some lace. The smell was faint malt. The taste was first mild floral hops and then lingering bitter hops, with some malt in the background (but a bit overwhelmed by the hops). The mouthfeel was dry and crisp and hoppy, with medium-light body and moderate carbonation. The drinkability was OK, but a little thin on body and flavor.
