Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
This steam beer poured a clear, red-amber color with off-white foam that settled and left no lace. The smell was very faint (perhaps a trace of malt and hops). The taste was sweetish malt and floral hops with hints of caramel, oak, and orange (no idea where that came from). The mouthfeel was smooth but dry, with a hoppy finish. The body was medium-light with low carbonation. This was a drinkable beer and left me wanting another.
