Served on tap at Maplewood.Clear gold in color with a thin white lace.Fruity hop aroma and taste.Light to medium bodied.Surprisngly refreshing.Bitterness was a little much after awhile. This didnt go well with my meal but was great. This is the classic Pale Ale I'm used to.

This well-made ale pours a deep copper with a full off-white head and lots of sticky lace. The aroma of fresh floral hops and malt. Lightly sweet biscuity malt and very English in style with tea-like and mild citrus hop bitterness. Finishes clean and dry.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
This pale ale poured a hazy, orange-amber color with creamy, white foam that coated the glass a bit. The smell was faint, biscuity malt. The taste was malt and biscuit with faint hop presence, though there was some floral hops in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy with medium body and low carbonation. There was a lightly hoppy aftertaste. This was an enjoyable pale ale.

A very nice English Pale Ale, very nicely hopped with Fuggles. A beautiful Copper colour, with a wonderful nose, this Ale is pushed with Nitrogen and run thru a sparlker. I highly recommend this ale.
