notas frescas (afrutadas y herbales). Bien carbonatada, de cuerpo ligero-medio y con un agradable postgusto dulce.
With this beer we pay tribute to the First Generation of the Rivera Family. This beer is the result of recovering the original recipe, a German Pils that was born in our old brewery more than 110 years ago.
A beer light golden and transparent. Aroma with reminiscences of Pilsen malt and bread crust. Bittersweet palate, malty, slightly hopped and floral, with subtle fresh notes (fruity and herbal). Well carbonated, light-medium body and pleasant sweet aftertaste.

Three 620ml bottles of 'Premium lager' for £6.50 at my local 'big' Tesco supermarket, this dark brown glass thankfully
pours a clear golden body with thick foamy white head
Aroma is liquid malt
Flavour gives a malty flavour with a bitter kick

Mine doesn't say Especial on, so revieiwng it here.
Looks amazing, beautiful malty aroma with refreshing appley hops.
Mutliple different levels of taste within each sip. Taste is kind of sweet toffee, apple, mega flavoursome malt that avoids heaviness and a punchy Namyslow style hops punch. A few citrus tastes in the mix also.
Overall, a great pilsner whose malt really seperates it friom the majority of others. Some of the malt is roasted, which explains the more complex flavour. It's less refreshing than a typical pilsner or Mahou, but it's more complex. As a result, it has a great mouth feel and complexity.

From Hipercor. In Teku glass. Dinner at home with brothers in law because mother in law is at hospital because of broken knee after falling down. Paired with cheese, caña lomo, pizza & turkey steaks. Decent lager. Nothing extraordinary but decent. Better than their current recipe of Estrella Galicia.
