Una lager inspirada en las tradicionales Rauchbier, las cervezas de humo de Bamberg. Una inspiración que nos llevó a elaborar nuestra Bidueira, una cerveza de Fábrica de Cervezas que nace para sorprender desde el aire. ¡Ya era hora! Con la colaboración de nuestros amigos de Queixería Prestes, empleamos su ahumador de quesos San Simón da Costa (DOP) para ahumar nuestra malta.
Cerveza de color tostado, con reflejos cobrizos. Primer aroma intenso a maltas ahumadas, seguido del tostado, para acabar con notas que nos recuerdan a madera, caramelo y café. Amarga, con un intenso sabor ahumado que persiste tras el trago, moderadamente astringente, de cuerpo medio.
A lager inspired by the traditional Rauchbier, the smoked beers of Bamberg. An inspiration that led us to elaborate our Bidueira, a beer from Fábrica de Cervezas that was born to surprise from the air. It was time! With the help of our friends from Queixería Prestes, we use their San Simón da Costa (DOP) cheese smoker to smoke our malt.
Toast colour with coppery reflections. First intense aroma of smoked malts, followed by toasting, to finish with notes reminding wood, caramel and coffee. The taste is bitter, with an intense smoky flavor that persists, moderately astringent, medium-bodied.
