Notes:
Chestnuts are ground to different granulometries and added in two stages of brewing process. Chestnut peel is added, which, together with the malts, becomes part of the mash bill. Later, during maturing, chestnut flour comes into contact with the beer for 10 days to intensify its sensory contribution.
Dark amber beer with big off-white, frothy head. Nuts and chestnuts aromas are fully integrated with those provided by the malts. Initially sweet and silky, giving rise to smoky, floral and caramel notes. Its medium body, its pleasant carbonation and its moderate autumnal warmth, leaves us slowly. Long bitter end.
