Los percebes de Corme, frescos y enteros, se incorporan durante el hervido del mosto cervecero, aportando así todos sus aromas y sabores marinos, iodados y salinos. De color dorado y brillante. Espuma blanca y generosa. Aroma franco a algas, percebes y rocas marinas. El aporte de las maltas y los lúpulos integra sus sensaciones iodadas. En boca surgen con suavidad los sabores aportados por las materias primas procedentes del mar, que se complementan con ligeras notas salinas. Las maltas dan soporte al conjunto. Prolongado final limpio y amargo.
