A flavoursome and full of character black lager. Taking advantage of the intensioty if malts (Pilsen, Dark, Caramel and Black), and hops (Nugget y Sladek) but without the alcohol. We use a dealcoholization technique called vacuum distillation. Applying a vacuum to the process it’s possible to moderate the evaporation temperature of the alcohol. The objective is preserve the aromas and flavors of this beer.
Black colour, with copper and ruby shades. A rich and persistent beige head. The initial roasted malts aromas are reminiscent of smoke, wood and coffee. Moderate hoppy profile. Intense flavour ruled by the malty sensory input. The initial sweetness yields to a roasted bitterness balanced by a subtle acidic note. Long bitter aftertaste.

250 ml bottle. Refreshing with decent hoppiness on taste. Much better than the toasted version.

22 Junio 2020. De Hipercor. En vaso shaker. En almuerzo, con arroz 3 delicias y fideos gordos con chocos. Infame, sin rastro de cerveza negra por ningún lado y las desagradables notas artificialoides de las peores sin elevadas a la enésima potencia. No se ni que poner en perfil de sabor de untappd porque no me sale la opción "disgusting" y aparte de eso no hay mas
