Cerveza plena y refrescante.
Brewing a 0.0 full of character is a big challenge. The mastery of our Masters Brewers using the “interrupted fermentation” technique and a unique recipe are the key to achieving this challenge. Dark amber color with orange reflections. Dense and persistent white head. The blend of malts provides aromas of biscuit and bread crust. The three hop varieties (Nugget, Perle and Sladek) add herbal and floral notes. In the mouth, the malty flavors dominate, well balanced by the presence of hops. A soft initial sweetness serves as a presentation for a beer with light acidic notes, moderate carbonation, long bitter aftertaste and dry end. Refreshing and full of flavour beer.

250 ml bottle, poured on a big glass. Almost no foam. Nice aroma, but taste has something metallic on it. Bitter with a light body. It didn't feel well balanced, but it's still refreshing. The pale one is better. Anyway, there aren't many brown low alcohol beers out there, so I may even come back at some point.
