Get to know the Vendelbo dialect.
"Rajfog" is a really good expression for a snowstorm. If the sky and the sea are one, it is "sky-fired rajfog"

November 2020: 330 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 6.0%. Dark reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Malty aroma, notes of caramel and brown bread. Malty flavour too, sweet but not too much, notes of prunes, caramel and brown bread.

Copenhagen 21/5 2020. 33 cl small, chubby bottle from Supervin.dk. Drawing of a Captain in dire, snowy weather on the label thinking Rajfog.
Pours murky mahogany with a medium-sized off-white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweetness with a hard, grainy, sourish edge. Sweet, malty caramel, brown sugar, bread. Grainy, sharp sourness. Light odor of metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and toffee-like.
Quite sweet for a beer dedicated to shitty weather. And I miss a boozy edge.
