Copenhagen 17/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Supervin.dk webshop. White label with simple drawing which looks like a caricature of a punk rocker with a lot of facial rings and eye-liner. I suppose that's what a Bandit looks like when you live in Løkken.
Pours murky orange with a small bubbly white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fairly strong malty, fruity sweetness and sour, grainy notes. Sweet pale malts, decayed apples, hints of caramel. Sharp sour notes with a streak of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet herbal undertone. Semi-dry finish.
They call it a Pilsner on the label which is quite confusing. I would rather call it a sweetish pale lager with a herbal touch.
