Quebec, Canada | website

Style: American Wild Ale

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 10.40%

Availability: Limited (brewed once)

Notes / Commercial Description:

Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some vinous notes also clearly perceptible. Taste is also dominated by tart notes with oak and vinous notes also easily perceptible and some oak. I can clearly notice the different yeast strain used with loads of fruity notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Interesting experiment but not sure I would try this one again considering the price tag.
