Nose of grapes and bretts.
In mouth, bretts attack the palate and leave their place to cassis and and cocoa.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep burgundy color ale with a small foamy head with minimal retention and some minor lacing notes. Aroma of sour and tart notes with light cherry and oak notes with some funky yeast that is easily noticeable. Taste is also dominated by tart notes with some oak and cherry notes and clear vinous notes. The yeast strain provides a subtle fruity ester which offset some of the tartness. Body is light with medium carbonation. I had feeling that this series of beers was going to be a rip-off but it is actually a nice experiment.
