Ce brassin vous attend patiemment depuis près de deux ans dans huit fûts d'un château du Haut-Médoc. Depuis ce temps, chacun de ces fûts subit les assauts d'un ferment étrange différent.

Very sour. At smell, it look likes a lambic style beer but in mouth, grapes are dominant and attack the palate. Very nice
