Got this at Rapido in Gatineau.
A - Cloudy deep copper pour with a good thick finger of beige head. Strong carbonation coming up. Good retention at one finger and spotty lace.
S - Grapes, tart, funky, earthy, dirty. Cool stuff.
T - Tartness with grapes and earthiness. Grapes and other fruits. Wood and a sweet candy note. Stronger grapey note with the bottom yeast added.
M - Good carbonation, medium body, a bit of acidity to finish but no real length.
O/D - No hint of a 10% ABV here. Way too easy to drink and quite pleasant. Doesn't exactly break new ground, but a good experiment with different yeast strains. Pleasure to sip.

Bottle: Poured a clear reddish color ale with a large foamy head with very limited retention and almost no lacing. Aroma consists of sour notes with light funky notes. Taste is also dominated with some sour and tart notes with light oak and vinous notes with a slightly funky finish. Body is light with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I thought this fell a bit short in terms of complexity and aftertaste was somewhat watery.
