Bottle: Poured a medium-deep brown color ale with a huge foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of lightly caramelized malt with nice notes of maple syrup without too much residual sugars. Taste is also dominated by lightly caramelized malt notes with some very interesting maple syrup notes and some light oak notes. Body is about average with good amount of carbonation. I usually tend to dislike maple syrup beer but this one was quite a treat.
