Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color weizen with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes with nice light citrus hops notes. Taste is also a well –balanced mxi between the bubble-gum notes of wheat malt with some nice dry citrusy hops notes. Body is full enough with good carbonation. Easily drinkable while retaining a good amount of complexity.

Very drinkable, weisen side is great. Fresh and light. But the hops are discrete despite the dry-hopping. Good beer but not exceptional.
