Draft at Saint-Houblon: Pours gold with modest head (for style) that dissipates quickly and leaves only light lacing. Aromas of banana andspice and (initially) some sulpher. Flavour - candied banana, pepper, slight clove. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dark golden color weizen with a large frothy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with light sugar notes and some spicy yeast notes are also discernible. Taste is also a mix of lightly sweet wheat malt notes with a spicy undertones with a dry finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Not what I was expecting with more spicy yeast notes than expected.
