Opened February 2018, brewed 2016, 750 bottle 11.9 abv
Very dark reddish brown with a quickly vanishing dark copper head.
Some sugar-caramel-candy nose.
Taste of candied dark fruit, no bitterness and some complex mix of dark malts.
Very little carbonation but tons of tasty sweetness. Very round and complex mouthfeel. Lots of warmth from the well hidden alcohol. A potent and rich brew.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark brown color ale with a dark off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of residual sugar notes with light dry fruits notes and candi sugar is enjoyable. Taste is a good mix of candi sugar with some caramelized malt notes with some dry fruits notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no real apparent alcohol notes. Well brewed quadruple but maybe lacking some attenuation and depth.
