Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a small foamy head with medium retention and no lacing. Aroma of grainy and unrefined malt notes with dry caramel notes also discernable – not the best aroma. Taste is also dominated by dry caramel notes with unrefined barley notes and light roasted notes. Body is fuller then average with medium to low carbonation. I can’t say I really dig the malt bill used in this beer.
