The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of toffee and dark fruit components, as well as a little bit of candy sugar. The flavor definitely follows suit. The toffee and biscuit malt dominate the flavor, with some Belgian yeast notes as well as some dark fruit. There is also some candy sugar in the flavor, which adds a little bit of sweetness to the beer's profile. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
