I had this beer on tap on nitro at the McMenamins in Mill Creek, WA.

Appearance: medium straw color with a little touch of haze and a light effervescence. Head is a thin layer of creamy white foam characteristic of nitro. Quite good for the style.

Smell: sweet with a fair amount of corn and light, green hops; noble and perhaps a bit fruity.

Taste: light malt with a little corny character and some noble hop character. Well balanced and quite appropriate to the style.

Mouthfeel: light body with a great creaminess from the nitro, although it's a thin cream.

Overall: quite drinkable and a good example of the style.

Simply a low-ABV cream ale by McMenamins, served at Six Arms, dunno if elsewhere. Good session beer on a hot day, which it was not when I tried it but did not mind a break on my pub crawl. Would go great with a dessert or app, people who normally do not drink beer might enjoy it. Made me think of root beer.
