Sampled at the brewpub in mid-June, the IPA came out cloudy gold with a touch of pink under an off-white one finger head that lasts forever, leaving great lace. The nose is full of spicey floral hops. The mouth is quite prickly and light. Taste? Hops, hops, hops. Good crisp flowery bitter flavor from start to finish - and beyond into the aftertaste, almost chewable. The strong yet smooth bitterness makes me crave for more. Drown me in this, please!
