I had this beer on nitro at the McMenamins Six Arms in Seattle.
Appearance: rich dark brown color; plenty cloudy with a finger of creamy tan foam. I like it.
Smell: sweet and roasty and just a little astringent. Nice.
Taste: roasty up front with a building sweetness. Not complex, but not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. The nitro does not seem to add a lot here.
Overall: a decent oatmeal stout. The roastiness makes it a little rough, but for the most part I like it.
