I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the McMenamins Six Arms in Seattle.
Appearance: medium orange hue with plenty of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam that leaves a persistent lace on the glass. Quite attractive.
Smell: sweet, berry-like aroma that's very interesting and soothing. I like it.
Taste: sweet with a big dose of hops that have that berry quality and with a fair bit of earthiness. Not bad.
Mouthfeel: rich body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a little too rich to be hugely quaffable, but a tasty DIPA nonetheless.
