I had this beer on-tap at the McMenamins in Mill Creek, WA.
Appearance: nice golden yellow hue with just a touch of haze. Head is a super thin layer of white foam -- not enough at all.
Smell: mild, grainy malt aroma, not bad for the style. It has a quality I would call "beery", if that makes any sense.
Taste: mild malty flavor with a hint of raw grain and a bit of nice earthy/noble hops. Low bitterness, but balanced. The writers of the menu billed this brew as a micro alternative to a mass-produced lager; in this, they were not wrong.
Mouthfeel: light body with a pretty bold carbonation; not bad for the general lightness of this beer.
Overall: a decent session quaffer, this beer is mild and inoffensive. I'd call it middle of the road.
