Menu says: Our IPA has a deep gold color, medium hop flavor
with assertive hop bitterness. Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade hops are balanced with a toasty malt presence. Alcohol content is 7 % by volume.

A: Golden to light copper and clear, this IPA had a good head that faded to leave extravagant lacing.
S: The aroma was slightly floral and inviting, but...
T: The taste had surprising complexity and depth. It attacks the palate with bright citrusy and peppery hops, balanced by toasted biscuity malt. There are top-notes of phenolic citrus and a solid undercurrent of persistent bitterness, all good. As the ale warms, the bitter and sweet combination pairs well with food. When it's finally warmed up, there are fruity notes as well.
MF: Mildly astringent, bubbly, and subversively refreshing.
D: This is a great IPA that reflects well on the brewing at this establishment.
