Appearance: gold in color, clear, moderate carbonation, 1/2 inch head
Smell: toasted malt and honey
Taste: toasted pale malt, grass, honey and light hops
Mouthfeel: medium bodied, medium carbonation, slightly sweet with a bitter backbone.
Drinkability: An above average sipper. The alcohol is fairly well hidden. I wish the honey would jump out more, but I could still have a couple of these.
