It has a lemony taste about it; and look. It is quite surprising. I have tried other Dieselpunk offerings and I had to try this one; and I am quite surprised and pleased with it. It has a dark lemony look about it. Pours a nice decent foamy head; and the taste is quite surprising. To me, it is quite delicious.

Big, fluffy, pillowy head on top this otherwise ordinary looking crystal clear golden beer. Sticky lacing rounds out the appearance.
Nose is immediately chock full of that pleasant corny thing with a touch of floral bitterness.
Taste follows the nose but add in a bit of flatness that transcends mouth feel and expresses itself in the taste experience. Little bit of heat in the back of throat tells me there may be a balance issue here. After it warms up a bit the lack of balance becomes more apparent as I start to get a syrupy sacharin sweetness followed by a tentative nondescript bitterness.
Finish is pretty watery.
Maybe in a pinch, but otherwise meh.

Poured from a 12oz can into a pint glass.
L- golden in color, crystal clear with fluffy white head that settles into a thin lacing. a pretty good looking Pils.
S- sweet malted barley nose with a hint of herbal hops. Kind of had a strange, awkward fruity/musty quality near the end almost as if the fermentation was a bit off (not enough lagering time?). Not awful but certainly not great. Just about average, cheap euro lager like aroma
T- more barley with a surprising amount of buttery diacetyl flavor. Thankfully there is some hop bitterness near the end that covers up the off flavors. pretty bad.
M- Doesn't finish very clean but it's crisp and slightly dry. Average.
O- more faux craft garbage by World Brews. I'd be okay with this if it wasn't marked at the same price point as craft....but it isn't. If you want a true Pilsner you're better off getting Pilsner Urquell or Warsteiner. Both are roughly the same price but are much, much better.
