Clear pale amber with three fingers of long lasting off white foamy head. Good amount of lacing. Smell is too mild to tell maybe a light whiff of butterscotch. Taste is sweet toasted malt with some dank herbal hops. Mouthfeel is alright with good carbonation. Maybe medium bodied but just barely. Overall if this was an English Bitter or an English IPA I would give it a better rating. It drinks fine and delivers the 6.3% abv. with a bit of stealth. Long mostly dry mildly bitter finish. About two thirds finished it still has a cap of foam and nice rings of lace.
Decent enough beer just don't expect an American IPA. Mine was brewed by World Brewing Rochester New York. Genesee Dundee most likely.

I'm on the fence about this one; I don't hate it but I don't love it. I'd surely try it again.

Copper color beer, lots of sediment throughout the beer. Smell was no dry hopping, almost no hop aroma.
Taste was all bitterness, and no hop flavor. I hate these beers. All bitterness, slap an ipa label on it. Cash in now homie, cash in this minute.

I'm surprised that this beer has such low scores on BA. It must be one of these things where people's expectations re IPA are getting the better of them. It is an attractive enough copper/amber beer with a nice frothy head. The smell is definitely a weak point (maybe they could throw in some more aroma hops), but the taste is mild has a nice malty sweetness balanced with some mild citrusy and resiny hops. The smooth, medium-bodied, mildly-carved mouthfeel is definitely one of the highlights. The sweetness does get a bit cloying beat the end, but a lot of IPAs suffer from that syrupy malt-syndrome. Not every IPA needs to be a bitter hop bomb. This is definitely not the greatest beer that I've ever had, but is a decent drinkable take on the IPA.
