Poured into a weizen glass.
4.5 A: Moderately hazed yellow brown color. Two fingers of pillowy white head. Retention is very good and a thick ring of lacing is left.
3.0 S: The first thing I notice is a musty breadiness, kind of like how old grain smells. Then there's a sweet component that seems like it wants to be an ester, but I don't think it is. The best part of the nose is that the wheat comes through really well. I guess it's due to the yeast not being a huge part of the brew. It's not bad, but falls solidly at average.
2.75 T: Taste is like the nose, but somehow worse. Wheat, grainy mustiness, not much of anything from the yeast.
3.5 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Lightly creamy and smooth enough.
3.0 D: Mediocre brew. Only worth one try, and just to realize it isn't worth another purchase.

A - bright yellow with a short, thick cap of soft, dense white head that has decent retention; tons of carbonation bubbles rising to the top
S - husk, lemon, maybe some faint citrus
T - lemon, some citrus, mild bitterness in the finish
M - very crisp, light bodied, a bit overcarbonated
This is a light, refreshing beer but it doesn't have a flavor that keeps me interested very long. This would be a great beer if you're looking for something to pack away without thinking too much.

Pours a hazy yellow that had a thick white head with decent lacing around the glass. A bit heavy on the carbonation. Smells of wheat and grassy malt but on the weak side to other wheat beers I tried. Tasted like the aroma but nothing that great. Wasn't bad but nothing to get excited about.
